The products for sale on Serendipity are all new with the exception of Pre-loved items, which are carefully selected by international experts, also based on their excellent state of preservation.

Serendipity offers a curated selection of end-of-season clothing and accessories from the best international brands and prestigious designers from around the world. On a large number of items, the Serendipity price is set at a markdown price compared to the original price fixed by the designer. The markdown can also increase in the event of a promotion or sale. The initial Serendipity price may be crossed out and you may find reductions of up to 70% off the original price.

Items from the newest collections can also be found on Serendipity.

Except for Brand Approved items Serendipity has no association and/or affiliation with the brands whose items are offered for sale on its website.

In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit, an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery.

Serendipity understand your concerns on purchasing your favourite item outside of your country, we offered Premium Express Delivery by DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for most of the countries to create a "Hassle-Free" shopping environment for you.

Our order processing time is between 3-5 business days and our delivery time varies based on the shipping option selected at the time of purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. We'll notify you via e-mail if items in your order are out of stock or delayed.

Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer during sale periods.

We offer free premium express delivery (DDP) to most of the EU Countries, UK, US, Asia, Australia and New Zealand for orders over HKD3000 (Approx. €320).

For some of the EU Countries,We offer free premium express delivery (DDU)for orders over HKD6500 (Approx. €710).

All Pre-loved items purchased are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

All Sale/Discounted Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All items purchased with Discount Code/Coupon/Any Promotional Discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All Private Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Although we do not offer return service for the Pre-loved items and the Discounted items, However, our Quality Control Team will guarantee every piece of the items match with the description and condition presented before arrange delivery.

You may return FULL PRICED and BRAND-NEW items for a refund upon order received and signed within 14 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in with the Original tags and the Serendipity’s tag. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Europe/United States/Asia.

All return requests must receive authorization from the customer care team. If you wish to return an order, you must notify customer care through Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your order and your return package must be shipped back within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

For some items which are located in our Asia distribution center, we will prepare your order and ship it from Hong Kong, SAR of China.
