The Serendipity Return Policy

You may return FULL PRICED and BRAND NEW items for a refund upon order received and signed within 14 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in with the Original tags and the Serendipity’s tag. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Europe/United States/Asia.

All return requests must receive authorization from the customer care team. If you wish to return an order, you must notify customer care through Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your order and your return package must be shipped back within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, item, etc. kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

- All Private Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- All Sale/Discounted Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- All items purchased with Discount Code/Coupon/Any Promotional Discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- All Pre-loved items purchased are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Although we do not offer return service for the Pre-loved items and the Discounted items, However, our Quality Control Team will guarantee every piece of the items match with the description and condition presented before arrange delivery.

Out of Stock Arrangement

Some of the best selling items may be not available after you have purchased it.

In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock, and there is not a suitable alternative, we will inform you by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Our customer care team will confirm when the refund has been processed, it may take 3-5 business days to be visible on your statement.
